There is not sufficient gap between the body panel and the lever on the child protection rear door lock, and therefore closing the door forcefully can move the lever as the the edge of the lever touches the body panel, and there is a risk that a child can open the door after the child protection lock is engaged.
Correction:
The levers on the child protection rear door locks should be replaced with the factory approved replacement units
Identification:
yellow paint on the top part of the body panel (on the front of the suspension) that is located at the left hand side of the engine compartment
