On certain 4WD vehicles, the processing measurement for the rear axle shaft is incorrect. Because of this, a repetition of starts or turning etc. may break the locknut loose. At worst, the locknut comes off, causing the wheel to separate from the frame.

Correction: 

The rear axle shaft should be inspected. If there is a possibility that its measurement is incorrect, the rear axle shaft assembly should be replaced with a non-defective item, and the locknut should be replaced with a new one.

Identification: 

white or yellow paint on the lower bolt head on the lower door hinge on the passenger's side
