For speedometers of small sized commercial vehicles with mechanical automatic transmissions, the material of circuit board and the type of register are not appropriate, and therefore, the circuit board may deform due to the heat from the register, and the solder may crack. If this problem is left unattended, the speedometer may cease to function.

For the fuel supply pumps of certain vehicles, the material of the cylinder is not appropriate, and therefore, moisture may build up inside the cylinder and cause rust. If this problem is left unattended, fuel may leak from the fuel pump, and the engine could stop.

RJ-2150-0

The torque of the bolts securing the brake hose brackets may not be sufficient, and therefore, the bolts may loosen and the brackets could fall. If the bracket falls, the brake hose could be damaged, resulting in reduced braking efficiency.

RJ-2117-0

For the steering unit, there is a possibility that when the bolt for securing the universal joint and the gearbox together was tightened, these two units were not properly aligned. If that is the case, the joint may loosen, damaging the universal joint, and there is a risk that steering will become impossible.

RJ-2250-0

For the propeller shaft, the base of the sliding yoke spline may not have sufficient strength, because the extent of the high frequency heat treatment was not adequate. If this problem is left unattended, cracks may develop around the area, and in the worst case, the propeller shaft could break, which would cause the vehicle to stall.

RJ-2249-0

For the ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), the front wheel speed sensor may be deformed, hit by a stone thrown from a tyre, because the previous recall was not adequate. As a result, the ABS may fail to receive signals from the wheels and could malfunction, which, in the worst case, could result in reduced braking efficiency during low speed travelling.

RJ-2180-0

On certain vehicles, the spaces between the instrument panel harness and wiper link inside the instrument panel may not be sufficient, and therefore, the wiper link may interfere with the harness, when the wipers are in motion. If the harness is damaged, in the worst case, a false deployment of airbag or an engine stall could occur.

RJ-1897-0

For speedometers with optional specifications offered by the manufacturer, the speedometer may not display the possible maximum speed of the vehicle, due to inappropriate settings of the specifications.

RJ-1918-0

The fuel filter bracket may resonate with engine vibration due to the inappropriate shape. If this problem is left unattended, the bracket bolts may break, and in the worst case, the filter might come off and cause a fuel leak.

RJ-1893-0

For compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, there is a glitch in the ECU program, and therefore, excessive current may flow in the transistor in the EDU, which drives the throttle motor and the fuel injection system. If this problem is left unattended, the fuse in the EDU may melt down, in which case the fuel injection system would stop functioning and at worst the engine would stop and fail to restart.
